Draft Terms of Service — Drafty Kilts

Welcome to Drafty Kilts (“we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing from our online store (“the Store”) at https://draftykilts.craftingstore.net, operated through CraftingStore, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before completing a purchase.

The Drafty Kilts Store sells digital products and virtual goods for use on the Drafty Kilts Rust server. These may include ranks, perks, items, currency, or other in-game benefits. Purchases are voluntary contributions that help fund server costs (plugins, hosting, hardware, and maintenance).

Our Store is powered by CraftingStore, which provides hosting and payment processing. CraftingStore’s own terms apply to their platform: https://craftingstore.net/legal/terms and https://craftingstore.net/legal/privacy.

2. Eligibility and purchase requirements

By purchasing from the Store, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or you have permission from a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
  • You are the rightful owner of the SteamID64 (username) used at checkout.
  • You understand that all products are digital and non-physical.
  • You agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (if published on this site).
  • You will comply with Drafty Kilts Guidelines and applicable rules for server monetisation.

We may refuse, cancel, or reverse any order if we suspect fraud, abuse, chargeback abuse, or violation of server or Store rules.

3. Product delivery

  • All items are digital goods delivered on the Drafty Kilts Rust server (or linked systems).
  • Delivery is usually automatic shortly after payment is confirmed, as stated on our store.
  • You must have sufficient inventory space in-game before ordering; we are not responsible for delivery failure caused by full inventory or similar in-game limits.
  • During maintenance, restarts, or technical issues, delivery may be delayed. If you have not received your purchase within 24 hours, contact us via Discord (#support) or [k[email protected]] with your Rust SteamID64 and proof of payment (transaction ID, receipt, or screenshot).

4. Refund policy

All sales are generally final once digital goods have been delivered to your account.

Refunds may be considered only where:

  • You made a duplicate or accidental payment and the item was not consumed or duplicated in-game;
  • A technical error on our side or CraftingStore prevented delivery;
  • An unauthorised payment is confirmed by the payment provider (fraud).

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase to [k[email protected]] or via Discord (#support). We will review each case individually.

Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid, delivered purchase may be treated as a breach of these Terms. We may suspend Store access, revoke in-game perks, and ban your Steamid64 from the server until the matter is resolved.

5. Chargebacks and fraud

We take payment fraud seriously. If a chargeback or dispute is filed without contacting us first, we reserve the right to:

  • Permanently ban your SteamId64 from Drafty Kilts and the Store;
  • Revoke ranks, perks, and other digital items linked to your account;
  • Share relevant transaction data with CraftingStore and payment processors as allowed by law.

6. Server rules and conduct

Purchasing from the Store does not exempt you from Drafty Kilts server rules or Discord/community guidelines.

  • If you are banned, muted, or otherwise sanctioned for rule violations, you are not entitled to a refund for unused or revoked perks unless required by law.
  • We design products to avoid harming game balance; we may change, balance, or remove perks to keep the server fair. Such changes do not automatically entitle you to a refund.

7. Pricing, currency, and taxes

  • Prices are shown in GBP unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices may change at any time; changes do not affect orders already completed.
  • Where applicable, taxes or fees may be included or shown at checkout as determined by CraftingStore and your payment method.

8. Payment processing

Payments are processed securely by CraftingStore and their payment partners (e.g. PayPal or others shown at checkout). We do not store your full card or payment credentials.

Your use of a payment provider is also subject to that provider’s terms and privacy policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Drafty Kilts is not liable for server downtime, data loss, wipes, lag, or interruptions.
  • We do not guarantee that any rank, item, or perk will remain available permanently or unchanged.
  • We are not responsible for changes by Facepunch, plugin authors, or third parties that affect gameplay or delivery.
  • Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order, except where law does not allow such a limit.

10. Intellectual property

“Drafty Kilts”, logos, store content, and custom materials are owned by us or used with permission. Rust is a trademark of Facepunch; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Facepunch

You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute Store content without our written permission.

11. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Store or server if you breach these Terms, commit fraud, or harm the community. Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Store after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [England and Wales / Scotland / your jurisdiction]. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
